The Harrison Township Board of Trustees will hold a Special
Joint Meeting, with the Harrison Township Zoning
Commission and the Harrison Township Board of Zoning
Appeals on June 25, 2013 at 6:30 P.M. at the Harrison
Township Hall located at 6750 Outville Rd., Pataskala, Ohio
43062.
The purpose of the meeting will be to hold a zoning
workshop. The public is welcome.

Notice To Bidders
Solid Waste & Recycling Collection & Treatment
The Board of Harrison Township Trustees, Licking County Ohio,
is seeking bids for an exclusive contract (single hauler) for the
collection, transportation and disposal of residential
garbage/refuse, recyclable and yard waste within the
unincorporated areas of Harrison Township, Licking County,
Ohio. If awarded, the contract period shall be from October 1,
2013 through September 2018.
Sealed bids, labeled "Refuse Bid" will be received by the
Harrison Township fiscal Officer, Carolyn Elder, at 3386 Outville
Road SW, Granville, OH. 43023, on or before June 3, 2013, at
4:00 p.m. Bids and contract documents must be provided in both
paper and electronic medium, readable in standard WORD or
ZLS format as applicable. Bids received after the above date and
time will not be considered.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Harrison
Township Hall at 7:00 p.m. on June 3, 2013. Bids may be held
for acceptance up to 60 days after opening.
Bidding and contract documents may be obtained by contacting
the Harrison Township Fiscal Officer at (740) 927-3545. It is the
requesters's responsibility to request documents in sufficient
time to complete and return them by the date and time as
indicated above.
The Township Trustees reserve the right to waive informalities
and to reject any and all bids, waive any technical requirements,
and to accept any bid that is deemed by the Board of Trustees to
be lowest responsive and responsible.
Each bidder must deposit with the bid, securities in the amount
and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for
