March 12, 2009 The Harrison Township Board of Trustees will hold an emergency meeting Thursday, March 12 at 8:30
a.m. to discuss the Roland Estates Ditch Petition. Mr. Dan Blatter from Licking County Soil and Water Conservation
District will be in attendance to discuss the costs associated with this project. The meeting will be held at the
Township Administrative Building, 6750 Outville Road S.W.

PLEASE HELP THE TOWNSHIP IN CLEARING ROADS - Harrison Twp road crews have difficulties avoiding vehicles
parked in the right-of-way along Township roads. These vehicles pose a danger to our Road Crews and prevent the
roads from being cleared quickly. Please move all vehicles out of the right-of-way during snowy weather.

April 14, 2009 The Harrison Township Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday April 14, 2009 at 7:00 p.m., at the
Kirkersville Elementary School. This will be an information Open House meeting regarding the Roland Estates Ditch
Petition. Dan Blatter, District Engineer, from the Licking County Soil and Water Conservation District will be in
attendance to explain the project as well as answer all questions. The public in encouraged to attend.

hold a public hearing concerning the PATASKALA CORPORATE PARK JOINT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
(JEDD). The Regular Meeting will be held following the public hearing. The meeting will take place at the Township
